Hope Alliance Liberia (HAL) is a Non-Governmental Organization founded on October 9, 2015 for the promotion of youth development and entrepreneurship. HAL believes in developing young people for a better future. We set example by implementing projects that change lives. HAL keeps the HOPE of a developed Liberia alive by working with youth in schools and communities.
